What we collect

  • We do not intentionally collect special category data via this site.

Who we share it with 

We use trusted service providers who act on our instructions, including:-

  • HubSpot, Inc. (forms/CRM; and, if enabled, email/automation; cookie consent mode honoured).
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to help us measure traffic and manage scripts).

Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site. Google Tag Manager allows us to deploy and manage marketing/analytics tags. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, it is safeguarded using Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.

We may share with other Amcor group companies where needed to handle your enquiry. Where required by law, we may disclose information to regulators or authorities.

International transfers

Some providers (e.g. HubSpot and Google) are outside the UK/EEA. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use Standard Contractual Clauses plus the UK Addendum (or other recognised safeguards). Contact us if you’d like more details.

Retention

  • Enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless needed longer for records or legal claims.
  • Marketing contacts: until you withdraw consent or after 24 months of inactivity.
